Message	Tell them to rebalance that POS or refund your money so you can buy from a manufacturer that stands behind their product. Jeebus, that's a lame-ass excuse they gave you. Stillen needs to learn that an unhappy customer is a one-time sell, while a satisfied customer is forever. Demand satisfaction! You are after all, the customer.
